Destination Specialists

Our specialists are divided by Southern Africa and East Africa. They manage enquiries, design proposals, liaise with suppliers, and own the client relationship from first contact to post-trip follow-up.

Operations and Ground Handling

Our operations team coordinates lodge and hotel partners, transfer operators, internal flights, guide services, permit authorities, and cross-border logistics.

They ensure the itinerary promise becomes the on-ground reality, with 24/7 support when clients are travelling.

Trade, Finance and Administration

Our trade relations team supports agency and operator partners with net rate enquiries, group proposals, trade communications, and long-term relationship development.

Finance and administration manage confirmations, payment processing, document preparation, travel vouchers, and compliance with SATSA standards and financial regulations.
